The two affiliated establishments came together in bringing 9 Chatsworth Road in Highgate to life, back in 2018. A masterpiece worth raving about, this home came to Nu-Vision Painting with the idea of victory in mind. We took immense pride in revitalising this impeccable home.

The builder & architect of dreams
Cassari Group and Chindarsi Architects and seasoned in their respective spaces. Bringing a fresh approach to construction of residential homes in Perth, Cassari develop and assess all aspects of each individual build first, to minimise the risks prior to moving to construction. Chindarsi Architects is a boutique architectural practice which specialises in contemporary, innovative, and functional design solutions which incorporate environmentally sustainable design principles. The duo came together in making 9 Chatsworth Road a home worth celebrating.

A seamless part of the narrative
This Highgate home is a tale of two parts. The front is a tasteful restoration of the classic Australian abode while the back is a modern masterpiece of creative and forward-thinking design. Using a bold mixture of elements, the designers have created something truly exceptional. In amongst their development, the clients identified the need for a quality and reliable painting service, that is why they came to us. We spoke to the clients and ensured we fully understood the brief, before commencing our work.

Going for gold
Upon completion of this project, Nu-Vision Painting proudly took home the Master Painters and Decorators Award for repaints that were valued over $20k. The entire development of this home took two years and the clients were incredibly happy with the outcome. Both commented that the world-class painting service was a credited factor to their overall award victories. This project helped cement Nu-Vision Painting as an industry leader, being a formidable contender as Perth’s leading painter.
