This comfortable and homely abode in Highgate was designed for a malleable lifestyle. We were approached by A Positive Design to bring this residence to life.

Bespoke design and build
For this project, we were contacted by A Positive Design by Amanda Munrowd-Harris. A Positive Design is a bespoke design studio based in Subiaco. The home was built by Clarke Custom Homes, an award-winning builder who specialises in renovations and additions. Clarke Custom Homes is owned and operated by registered builder Ron Clarke. With over 20 years’ experience in the Perth building industry, Clarke Custom Homes are known for their second to none service.

A painting finish that pops
Encompassing sumptuous bedrooms, bathrooms and state-of-the-art finishes, this home is a true embodiment of the classics. The client was looking for a high quality and reliable painting service. They had seen our award-winning work for 9 Chatsworth Road in Highgate and knew we were the right team for the job. When we examined the brief, we knew that the paint had to make the wooden floorboards pop.
