A leader in education, Perth Modern School, needed Nu-Vision Painting’s touch in revitalising the school’s appearance. Midolo Building Services asked if we could partner with them in delivering a stand-out painting service – of course, we could!

An innovative school in Perth

Perth Modern School is an extraordinary Perth school as it is an educational facility soaked in a wealth of tradition, whilst staying firmly focused on the future. Their tradition of academic excellence spans many years, and they are immensely proud of their Alumni. Reputed in Perth as a school that produces outstanding future leaders, we knew that taking on this project was a monumental feat. 

A rejuvenation through the paintbrush 

During the April 2020 school holidays, Nu-Vision Painting was engaged to remove old, failed coatings to the white render sections of the external building, along with timber windows and roof gables.

We used a chemical peel process to remove the failed coatings safely, followed by a thorough wash down before commencing the repair, prime and paint works. We used high-quality exterior-grade paints to get the job done. 

We also brought in specialised equipment for height access, so that our team can safely access all areas of the facility. To our clients, all our Nu-Vision painters are trained to use height access equipment as a peace of mind. 

A finished product worth celebrating 

We took 9 wholesome days to get the job done. By ensuring the correct process was carried out from start to finish. The end result? An impressed client and a top-tier school looking rejuvenated.
