We often collaborate with the team at Mode Living, this time was no different! This bespoke company is a boutique property development firm that was established in 2009 by Zach Goss, after he found a lack in the market of affordable, well designed townhouses.  Specialising in designing and developing Perth townhouses, Mode Living has cemented their place in WA’s market.

This homely abode is a fusion of classic, contemporary and clean. Mode Living came to us as we have a long-standing relationship with them, and they knew they can count on us to bring their vision to reality. When we were presented with this unique project, we immediately identified the imperative element that paint was going to have in making this home light and vibrant. The neutral palette was instrumental in maximising the well-positioned windows.
