Mode Living was founded as a boutique property development company in 2009 by Zach Goss. After years of experience in the West Australian building industry as a qualified tradesman, Zach found a lack in the market of affordable, well designed townhouses. This was the foundation for Mode Living’s birth. The folks at Mode Living have been long-standing friends of ours, we have collaborated on many occasions before and this was just another beautiful chapter to our narrative.

These loft style apartments we inspired by the hustle and bustle of New York. It is a minutes’ walk from numerous cafes, restaurants and shops right in the centre of Leederville. This development offers residents the ultimate balance of convenience and lifestyle. With three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms, the client was very eager for a painter who had the versatility and knowledge to handle such a unique project.
