When looking for a painter we had two separate recommendations from family and friends. Coincidentally both recommendations turned out to be for Nu-Vision Painting. We did also attempt to get other quotes but one painter failed to show up as promised and we never heard from him again, and the other just didn’t provide the care and detail in his quote that Joel did. Joel turned up as and when arranged and pretty much delivered on everything he promised throughout the whole process.
The workmanship was good and we are very happy with the result. The prep work before painting was extensive. However what truly stood out was Joel’s work ethic and commitment to service. Its what you would call “good old fashioned service”. Joel and his team stood behind their work, listened to any feedback and happily returned to deal with minor issues. No excuses or denials. If we were not happy about something we really got the sense that Joel was keen to ensure we were pleased with the final outcome.
An amazing experience from the first consult right through to the finished project. Joel and his team are excellent at what they do, a great team of professional tradespeople. They are always on time, completely customer focused, very courteous, and friendly. A real pleasure to have on site. They painted the exterior of our home and we are just delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending Nu-Vision to anyone who requires the services of a painter. The ceilings in my home were in a terrible state flaking. I now have lovely “flakless” ceilings. The work was done by polite, pleasant and professional workers. I was impressed with their work ethic and what a wonderful surprise to have tradesmen that clean up all their mess and you are left with lovely clean home.
Nu-Vision Painting Service is not just about painting – it is also about professionalism, good communication, team work, attention to detail, punctuality, adaptability, reliability and co-ordination. We had the entire outside of our two-storey house painted, and throughout Joel provided regular updates of how the work was progressing and what could be expected. If questions needed to be asked, he’d ask them; and if questions needed to be answered, you got an answer. We needed carpentry and windows replaced at the same time, which Joel took in his stride, co-ordinating with these firms and the scaffolders to provide a seamless service. Of note, Joel was on site much of the time – unlike some firms where the “front man” disappears once you have signed on the dotted line. If he wasn’t there he could be easily contacted if one of his crew was unable to assist. Is Nu-Vision the cheapest? – maybe not – but you get what you pay for. So if you want a firm that works to high standards and has a polite and hard-working team, then Nu-Vision is hard to beat.
Joel and his team have just finished painting our house inside and out. They did an incredible job, we couldn’t be happier. Their attention to detail, professionalism and quality of work was the best we have ever experienced from any tradesman. They were tidy, punctual, respectful and left our house cleaner than when they arrived! Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Nu-Vision painting did an exceptional job transforming both the interior and exterior of our property. Our house was built in the 1920’s with an upstairs extension. It was a challenging canvas to work with and Nu-Vision transformed it. The interior was no less a challenge as the team was working with intricate 1920’s woodwork throughout. They really transformed the interiors and brought it to life, whilst also maintaining the integrity of the era. Joel is a gold standard leader, and the team were friendly, professional and can-do. The team were highly respectful of our property and garden at all times. They easily (and often with humour) dealt with the many challenges that came their way with our older style house. Nu-Vision are excellent value in every sense of the word, and we would highly recommend, five stars.

Whilst Nu-Vision was not the cheapest nor the most expensive Joel was extremely knowledgeable , comprehensive and meticulous in his assessment of the job. He discovered leaks and other maintenance issues which neither the previous painters nor we as householders were aware of. His approach in this instance was for the maintenance issues to be rectified prior to him carrying out the painting. We’re very pleased with the professional service provided by Joel and his team – and the outcome. Joel’s responsive and a good communicator and kept us updated as regards timing and next steps. His team took great care to protect our property as they painted the exterior of the house and boundary walls, and cleaned up each day and very thoroughly at the end of the job, with Joel double checking that everything was in order. He even gave us maintenance tips to make the results last longer!
